How Can I Start Classes?
To start classes at Flex Fit Pilates, simply book a class in the App. We welcome all skill levels and provide options to each level.
What Should I Bring?
When attending class, please bring a leak-proof water bottle and comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Grip socks are mandatory for every class. There will be socks available for purchase at the studio. All other necessary equipment for your session will be provided.
How Many Classes Should I Take?
For optimal results, we recommend attending at least two to three classes per week. Consistency helps to develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness over time.
Can Beginners Join Classes?
